Our Leadership
CDA Bible Church is an elder-led church; this means that our elders are charged with the spiritual wellbeing of our congregation and overall guidance of our church. Elder's are to be spiritually mature men who care for God's flock as under-shepherds, serving under The Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
Our elders view Ephesians 4:11-13 as their job description as elders and pastors: 11 And He Himself [Jesus] gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness (CSB).
